Getting Started

Engaging with Toucan is simple and straightforward. To begin, users need to download the Toucan app and create an account. Next, users will select categories that align with their life and needs, such as caregiver, parent of young children, career, chronic illness, among others. Subsequently, users can schedule their initial Toucan Huddle. These sessions are 15-minute, one-on-one, anonymous audio conversations with another user within the selected shared categories, conducted within the Toucan app.

Cost

Downloading and initiating conversations on Talk with Toucan is free of charge. Each Huddle involves a Speaker and a Listener; while listening during these conversations is always complimentary, Speakers will utilize 1 tou-coin per Huddle. Tou-coins can be acquired within the app at a cost of $2.50 to $5 per tou-coin based on the purchased bundle. For a limited period, new users will receive 2 tou-coins at no cost to commence their journey on Toucan.
